The technical process
The prepared silica sand enters the pickling equipment through feeding devices. In the pickling equipment, the silica sand and acid solution are fully mixed. The reaction time is set according to the properties of silica sand, and the impurities are discharged together with the pickling liquid. After reagent removal and dewatering, the final high purity silica sand will be obtained

Nigeria 20tph Slab Sand Production Line
The production line adopts acid pickling method to produce quartz sand for making slabs, and produces 20ton of high purity quartz sand per hour. After crushing and grinding, the quartz sand is first graded, and the quartz sand with appropriate particle size are pickling to remove the impurities, and the products after acid pickling are dried by dewatering and rotary drier to obtain the final product.

This Silica sand processing project is a high purity quartz sand production line. Our company conducts repeated experiments on the raw silica sand, and finally determines to adopt pickling process after the roughing of flotation process.
