Flotation Machine

Silica sand flotation machine is used to further remove iron oxide, aluminum oxide, mica , feldspar and other impurities from the silica sand, increasing the SiO2 content of quartz sand to achieve the purpose of high efficient purification. There are two types of flotation machines produced by Sinonine, mechanical stirring flotation machines and air inflation flotation machines.

Mechanical stirring flotation machine

The air inflation and stirring of the slurry are completed by the mechanical stirring device composed of impeller and stator, which belongs to the self-absorption air flotation machine. There is SF type, BF type flotation machine and GF flotation machine (for coarse particle material flotation)  produced by Sinonine. This kind of flotation machine can be self-absorption air and slurry. When the middlings return, It is easy to realize gravity flow. This type floatation machine has the features of less auxiliary equipment, neat equipment configuration, simple operation and maintenance etc.

Air-inflation flotation machine

Air-inflation flotation machine is equipped with a mechanical stirring device, and the air is blown in by the external fans. Mechanical stirring device generally only play the role of stirring slurry and distribution of air flow, The air is forced in mainly by an external blower, slurry inflation and stirring is separate. Sinonine mainly produces KFY and XCF flotation machine, this two types flotation are often used in combination. This kind of flotation machine has the following features :1) the amount of air inflation can be increased or decreased according to the need, and easy to adjust and keep constant, which is conducive to improve the processing capacity of the flotation machine and flotation effect. 2) the impeller of this type flotation machine has no suction effect, low speed, low power consumption, little wear, and the minerals are not easy to be sliming ;3) The air-inflation flotation machine has large processing capacity, shallow tank depth, and low power consumption.

Case 1:Brazil GF series silica sand flotation machine

The flotation machine is used for the final purification of high purity quartz sand,  the residual impurities in the quartz sand is removed by the flotation, and the final high purity quartz sand with 99.9% SiO2 content is obtained.


Case 2:Canada SF series flotation machine

This project employs a series of SF  flotation machines to process lead-zinc ores, and finally high-grade lead concentrate and zinc concentrate are obtained through the processes of roughing, cleaning and scavenging.

In many times of contact with Sinonine, I feel Sinonine's enthusiasm and professionalism. Sinonine can make the equipment perfect and apply reasonable design to practice. Sinonine can produce many types of flotation machines, and according to their rich experience, they will adopt the appropriate type of flotation machine for different ores to achieve the best flotation effect. The GF flotation machine I used is a coarse particle flotation machine they suggested, mainly used for the purification of quartz sand. Because the quartz sand particle size is coarse, the precipitating speed is fast, so the flotation machine is very suitable and the desired flotation effect is achieved.

Sinonine sand washing plant can be applied to various sand production fields to clean, remove impurities, screen, grade, dewater. Sand products used in the different areas can be produced by different sand washing systems. Jaw crusher is primary crushing equipment in stone crushing line.
